Updated as of August 20 at 5:30pm CT: Related to recent news, here are the latest updates for students:

Students passphrase reset instructions are now available. Please reset your passphrase during your designated time window. Once your assigned window begins, you may reset your passphrase at any time after that.
One Stop phone lines are now available.
The first day of class is delayed to Monday, August 24.
The original August 19 payment deadline has been extended to Monday, August 24 at 5pm CT, for both 16-week and first 8-week terms.
The first 8-week term last day to add a class deadline has been extended from Thursday, August 20 to Friday, August 21.
Financial aid refunds will resume as the necessary technology systems come back online.

Before classes begin, it’s important to know where to find key course information. The sections below explain what a syllabus is and how to access your syllabi for each course.

What is a syllabus?

A college syllabus is the official guide and contract for your class. It lists everything you need to know about your classes, such as meeting times, course modality, learning goals, course materials, how to submit your coursework, grading and more.

How To View Syllabi

You can find the syllabus for each class online via Canvas and Simple Syllabus. Access can also be found at my.utsa.edu under Student Resources.
