Verification of Enrollment and Degree
UT San Antonio student enrollment and degree verifications are reported by the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). For students on financial aid, this means that UT San Antonio electronically submits enrollment verification statuses to the NSC several times a semester.
The NSC also provides enrollment and degree verification for non-lending institutions such as healthcare companies and prospective employers.
Students also have the ability to request their own enrollment certificate for a health insurer or other company that requests proof of enrollment. This self-service option is typically available 5-7 business days after the Census date of the Fall or Spring semesters or the first Census Date of the Summer semester. Please see UT San Antonio’s academic calendar to determine the census date.
How to Log into the NSC Website
- Log into myUTSA Account
- Navigate to Student Services on the horizontal menu
- Go to the Menu: Records Card
- Click the Verification of Enrollment and Degree link
- This will automatically log you into the National Student Clearinghouse Myhub where you may:
- Obtain an enrollment certificate
- View enrollment information on file with the Clearinghouse
- View student loan deferment notifications
- View proofs of enrollment that the Clearinghouse has provided
Advanced Registration Certificate
Verification of Enrollment for Fall 2026 is now available for students to obtain online through their MyUTSA account. Verification of Enrollment can be printed from the date student registers for classes through the first day of the semester. After the first day of the semester and prior to Census, requests must be made through One Stop.
This will take you to the National Student Clearinghouse website. Read and Agree to Terms
Click on Enrollment History
Select latest record (top)
Click on Download Certificate
Select a School from drop down menu. Select Certificate Type and click on Download Certificate.
