We are currently in the process of awarding our continuing students for 2019-2020 over the coming weeks. The first step in the awarding process is reviewing Pell grant eligibility. Students may only see Pell on ASAP, but should take note they are not fully awarded. Once fully awarded, students will be notified via email.

Degree Planning

Under One Stop’s Degree Planning menu, you’ll find information on Gateway Courses, Historical Courses Offerings and University Catalogs.

Please note, actual degree planning is not provided at One Stop and is instead offered at UTSA Advising.

Gateway Courses

Gateway Courses are classes that lay a foundation and are necessary to progress into more advanced courses in that major.

Historical Courses Offerings

Historical Course Offerings will show you how often a course has been offered at UTSA in the past three years. These reports should be used for historical reference only and do not indicate which courses will be offered in the future.

University Catalogs

The university catalogs are the official sources of academic programs, courses, policies and procedures. In other words, the “fine print” for degrees and courses at UTSA.
