Unofficial Transcripts
An unofficial transcript is a record of a student’s coursework completed at UTSA which includes transfer coursework that was from other institutions awarded to the student. Unofficial transcripts may be used for scholarship applications or for transfer admission evaluations. UTSA alumni and current students can use an unofficial transcript if applying to the Graduate School at UTSA. Your unofficial transcript may be accessed through your myUTSA Account account.
How to view your unofficial transcript:
- Log into myUTSA Account
- Click on the “Student Services” tab at the top
- Select the “Student Records” link from the menu
- Click on the “View Unofficial Transcript” link to view your transcript
Note: Students who have an outstanding financial obligation to UTSA will not be able to access their unofficial transcript until their hold has been released.
