Freshmen Financial Aid Offer
Incoming freshmen who have been offered financial aid will receive a mailed paper financial aid offer. This offer lists the estimated Cost of Attendance, Expected Family Contribution, resources and remaining need.
Additionally, every student offered financial aid at UTSA will receive a notification email of their offer. Currently enrolled students will get this email sent to their UTSA email address or to the email address. New students will see this notice sent to the email address used on the admission application.
You can accept or decline financial aid on ASAP* under the Financial Aid tab, Award and Award By Aid Year. *Note: You will be prompted to authenticate yourself through your DUO account when trying to access financial aid information on ASAP. Don’t have a DUO account? Click here to learn how to set it up.
Some financial aid requires additional documents. You can view your student requirements and find further instructions on your ASAP account under the Future Roadrunner tab. Be sure to check both ASAP and your email regularly as additional documents may be required later.
