Freshmen Financial Aid Offer

Incoming freshmen who have been offered financial aid will receive a mailed paper financial aid offer.

This offer lists the estimated Cost of Attendance, Expected Family Contribution, resources and remaining need. Additionally, every student offered financial aid at UTSA will receive a notification email of their offer, which is sent to their preferred email address as indicated on ASAP.

You can accept or decline financial aid on ASAP under the Financial Aid tab, Award and Award By Aid Year. Some financial aid requires additional documents. You can view your student requirements and find further instructions on your ASAP account under the Future Roadrunner tab. Be sure to check both ASAP and your UTSA preferred email account regularly as additional documents may be required later.

See Understanding Your Offer for common terms and processes regarding financial aid.
