Updated as of August 24 at 2:40pm CT: Related to recent news, here are the latest updates for students:

One Stop Updates:

  • One Stop has reached capacity for in-person service today (Aug 24); in-person service will resume tomorrow at 8:00 a.m.
  • One Stop phone lines are available, but when call volumes are high, the queue may temporarily pause as we assist students already waiting.
  • The first day of class is delayed to Monday, August 24.
  • The original August 19 payment deadline has been extended to Monday, August 24 at 5pm CT (16-week and first 8-week terms).
  • The first 8-week term last day to add a class deadline was extended from Thursday, August 20 to Friday, August 21.
  • Financial aid refunds will resume as the necessary technology systems come back online.

Student Passphrase Reset:

  • Students can reset passphrase anytime now.
  • Get help by calling Tech Café at 210-458-5555. Tech Café support hours have been extended to provide additional assistance.
  • Get help in-person at the following locations/times:
    • Monday & Tuesday (Aug 24-25)
      • 7am – 7pm: Student Union Denman Ballroom (SU 2.01.28)
