Duplicate diplomas will be printed with the student’s official UTSA name. For information on how to change your UTSA name, visit UTSA Name Change.
To order your duplicate diploma please complete the Diploma Reorder form and pay the $15.00 fee by check, money order, over the phone with Fiscal Services at (210) 458-8000, or in person with Fiscal Services.
Diploma reorders will not be processed for students with a hold or financial obligation to the University.
Diploma Request
If there was a hold on your student account that prevented us from releasing your diploma, please use this form to request your diploma once that hold has been released. All financial holds must be cleared before the request will be processed.
Normal processing time for diploma printing is 5-7 business days. However, due to the volume of diplomas printed at the end of the semester and during degree awarding (January, June, September), expect a longer processing time for diploma requests.
This request form is for students who have not received their diploma.
For information on how to re-order a duplicate diploma, please see the “Duplicate Diploma / Diploma Reorder” section above.
