No one likes talking about bills, but figuring out how to pay for college is important.
One of the best ways to cover tuition costs is to apply for scholarships—they provide financial aid funds that you don’t have to pay back! Although some scholarships are awarded automatically, most require an application separate from completing your FAFSA. One Stop can help you learn about the different types of scholarships available and how you can be awarded them.
Applying for Scholarships
First-time freshman, transfer students, and current students can access the Scholarship Hub’s General Application on the UTSA Scholarship Hub.
If you have general scholarship questions, contact One Stop at 210-458-8000 or onestop@utsa.edu. If you have a question in regards to a departmental or college scholarship, then you’ll want to contact the office that is offering the scholarship.
