Save your spot without waiting in line! Instead of standing in line at our office, you now can reserve your spot remotely.
While we are holding your spot in line, you can grab a bite, find a comfortable place to study or hang out in the Sombrilla. Once you’re near the front of the line, we’ll send you a text (you must opt-in to be notified via text) to make your way back to One Stop.

How does it work?
We’re using an app called QLESS to power our virtual waiting line.
How do you get in line? You have many options!

- Download the QLess App on your smartphone. (Apple / Google) Once downloaded, search UTSA One Stop Main or UTSA One Stop Downtown.
