Rejected FAFSA Application
You recently submitted a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) which was processed and your application was sent to the school. Your FAFSA was sent to us in a rejected status, which means there are discrepancies which need to be corrected in order to continue the financial aid process. We are unable to process a financial aid award package until your FAFSA is out of this rejected status.
To resolve this issue, please review the comments section of your Student Aid Report (SAR) for all reject status information. Contact the U.S. Department of Education at (800) 433-3243 or visit www.fafsa.ed.gov for further information and instructions on how to resolve any outstanding issues with your FAFSA. You may need to apply for a Tuition and Fee loan to ensure your classes are not dropped.
If you have further questions, please contact One Stop Enrollment Center at (210) 458-8000 or toll-free at (800) 669-0919 or send an email to onestop@utsa.edu.
