Parent PLUS Loan Incomplete
We received your parent’s loan application but we are unable to process the request due to issue(s) with the loan application. An email was sent to the address provided on the Parent PLUS loan application detailing what issue(s) the application has. If you do not have access to this email or require additional information, please contact the One Stop Enrollment Center.
You or your parent can contact the One Stop Enrollment Center in the following ways:
- In person at either of the One Stop Enrollment Center locations (Main Campus and Downtown Campus)
- By phone at (210) 458-8000 or toll free at (800) 669-0919.
- By emailing firstname.lastname@example.org (students must use their UTSA email address, parents should use the email they provided on their Parent PLUS application)
