Housing Arrangement Confirmation
You have been awarded financial aid to help pay educational expenses for the 2018-2019 academic year. In order for your financial aid to pay, we need to confirm the living arrangements that you indicated on your FAFSA.
Please submit the Financial Aid Confirmation of Living Arrangements Form along with appropriate documentation. This must be submitted by July 1, 2018 or else your living arrangements will be automatically updated to living at home with parents and your awards decreased as necessary.
