If you believe you are or will be a qualifying veteran, please provide a copy of your Military Discharge Status Form DD214 — MEMBER 4, to the One Stop Enrollment Center via the Financial Aid Document Uploader.
For data security purposes, documents submitted by email or fax cannot be accepted.
