Through live chat we can answer both general and account specific questions. Note: If you have account specific questions, we will need to confirm your identity first before we can give you specifics.

Please note that live chat widget displays “unavailable” during these hours if all counselors are currently assisting students on live chat. It will turn back to “Live Chat with One Stop’ when a counselor is available.
How can you chat with a One Stop Counselor?
- At the bottom right of your browser, you will see a “Chat with One Stop” button.
- Once you click on the button, you will proceed to fill out the required information. Once ready, click “Start Chatting” to get connected with a One Stop Counselor.
Note: All counselors may be assisting other students. Please continue to wait for the next available counselor.
How can I contact One Stop if chat is unavailable?
If chat is unavailable because the office is closed, you can still send an email to onestop@utsa.edu and we will assist you as quickly as possible or you can schedule a virtual appointment.
