If you need to withdraw from all your classes, you can before the Census Date without them showing on your academic record. You can withdraw on ASAP during the fall or spring semesters. During Summer terms, you must submit a withdrawal form to the One Stop Enrollment Center. If you have financial aid, you will also need to withdraw in person at the One Stop Enrollment Center. If you are a student athlete, you must contact the Office of Academic Services in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and if you are an international student, you must contact the Office of International Programs. Withdrawals that occur after the Census Date will show on your student record as a “W” and will impact your completion rate and can result in you owing back some of your financial aid. Withdrawals are refunded according to a prorated refund percentage.
