Spring Withdrawal Deadline – Second 8-week
Withdrawal/Automatic “W” Deadline Deadline for all students registered for the second 8-week term to withdraw (drop all classes) ONLY and receive a grade of “W” for each class. Students must see an advisor to drop developmental classes. Students receiving financial aid must contact the One-Stop Enrollment Center. Withdrawal forms are available on our Registrar Website. Students not receiving financial aid can withdraw on your myUTSA Account. Students must withdraw online or submit their form by 5 p.m. For more information…

Fall Reinstatement Petition Deadline
Students who have been academically dismissed from UTSA two or more times, must submit the official Petition for Undergraduate Reinstatement by this petition deadline. For more information click here.

This is the deadline for all students (undergraduates, graduates, master's and doctoral) to apply for graduation in the summer. Visit the One Stop website for the steps to apply for graduation. Please note Summer Doctoral candidates may only participate in December commencement ceremony.
