Summer Reinstatement Petition Deadline
Students who have been academically dismissed from UTSA and wish to return for summer must submit the official Petition for Undergraduate Reinstatement and all other required documentation by this deadline. Withdrawal/Automatic “W” Deadline Deadline for all students registered for the first 8-week term to withdraw (drop all classes) ONLY and receive a grade of “W” for each class. Students must see an advisor to drop developmental classes. Students receiving financial aid must contact the One Stop Enrollment Center. Withdrawal forms are available on our Registrar Website. Find out more »Spring Payment Deadline – Second 8-Week Term
Payment deadline for all students (undergraduate and graduate) who are registered for the second 8-week term. Be sure to pay or make a payment arrangement before the payment deadline. Students who do not pay by 5 pm CT will be assessed a $100 late fee. Payment deadlines are listed on the academic calendar.
