Transcript Services
All official UTSA academic transcripts include the student’s full academic record while a student at UTSA, including transfer credit from other institutions, regardless of student level (undergraduate, graduate, non-degree, etc.) The UTSA official transcript only displays the GPA earned at UTSA.
UTSA now uses Parchment for transcript requests which offer services such as 24/7 secure access compatible with all mobile and tablet devices, 24/7 online order status and tracking, and automated electronic delivery acknowledgment. Transcripts are no longer printed on campus and originate from an off-site location after a request is made. It is no longer be possible to pick up a transcript in person on the same day of your request.
