Spring 2020 diplomas will be available for pick up during our Diploma Drive-Thru event. All diploma packets will include the diploma and additional graduation mementos to celebrate you and your achievement! Below are the dates and times for the event.

Diploma Drive-Thru Dates and Times

All dates and times will be at the Main Campus Convocation Center.

Thursday, July 16, 2020 | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Friday, July 17, 2020 | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Saturday July 18, 2020 | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

If you had a hold and removed it, you will need to email Graduation Coordination before July 3, 2020 to be able to pick up your diploma at the event.

Diplomas not picked up will be mailed to your diploma address on file. If there is an extenuating circumstance in which you need your diploma urgently, please email us at GraduationCoordination@utsa.edu.
