SAP Evaluation

As a previous UTSA student, your Satisfactory Academic Progress must be evaluated. This evaluation will include your previous UTSA course work and any transfer course work that you may have completed while away from UTSA.

Please be aware that if UTSA admissions indicates that you have an outstanding transcript(s) for courses that did not have final grades at the time you applied, this may cause a delay in the awarding or disbursement of financial aid. Your evaluation will be incomplete until the transcript(s) is received and evaluated through our Undergraduate Studies office. Be aware that there may be a 3-4 week average processing time for transcript evaluation and you should make payment arrangements before any payment deadline.
