Conflicting Information

We have identified conflicting information on your TASFA application that will prevent disbursement of your financial aid. This conflicting information requires additional documentation to clarify the discrepancies found. Detailed information will be sent to your UTSA email address asking for specific documentation.

You can submit your required documentation online through our Document Uploader, in person to our One Stop Enrollment Center at either the Main or Downtown Campus, or by U.S. mail. Please make sure that your MyUTSA ID number and name is listed on each document. For data security purposes, documents submitted by email or fax cannot be accepted.
