Send Transcripts to UTSA

There are a number of ways you can submit your high school or college transcripts to UTSA.

In Person

Prospective students can bring the official, sealed copy of their transcripts in-person to UTSA’s One Stop Enrollment Center during regular business hours.

Electronic Transcripts

UTSA prefers electronic high school transcripts sent via TREx and electronic college transcripts sent via SPEEDE. Official PDF transcripts must be sent from the institution directly to UTSA.

Official high school transcripts can also be requested by your high school counselor and sent through Naviance.

You can also send electronic transcripts through Parchment and E-Script PDF to

Students can mail an official, sealed copy of their transcript to:

Faxed, scanned or photocopied transcripts will not be accepted or acknowledged. Be sure to submit all required transcripts by the application deadline (not postmarked). You can also check your status when you receive your myUTSA ID to see what items are required to complete your admission file.
